H. Lynn Kelley, R.Ph: President Lynn founded Home Parenteral Services in 1984 and continues as President of the company. Lynn is an active member of the Missouri Alliance for Home Care (MAHC). He has been a member of the Missouri Home Infusion Association (MHIA) since 1991 and the National Home Infusion Association since 1997. He serves on the Advisory Boards of The Joint Commission and Missouri Medicaid. Lynn is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Pharmacy.

Debbie Cain, RN CRNI: Vice President of Operations and Director of Nursing Debbie joined Home Parenteral Services in 1988 and in 1997 began her current position as Vice President of Operations and Director of Nursing. Debbie serves on the board of directors for the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) and is a board member of the Missouri Home Infusion Association (MHIA). She is a member of the Intravenous Nursing Society (INS) and a member of the Missouri Alliance for Home Care. Debbie is a graduate of the St. John's School Of Nursing.

David Lea: Director of OperationsDavid began his tenure with Home Parenteral Services in 2000 and was promoted to his current position as Director of Operations in 2004. He is the past President of the Missouri Medical Group Management Association and past President of the Springfield Area Medical Group Management Association. David is a graduate of Drury University.

Kayla Raub: Director of Human Resources Kayla joined Home Parenteral Services in 2008 as the Director of Human Resources. Kayla has over 15 years experience in materials and acquisition management, human resource consulting, and management training. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and serves on the Compensation and Benefits committee of the Southwest Area Human Resource Association. Kayla is a graduate of Missouri State University.

John Baughman, Pharm. D: Director of Pharmacy John is responsible for ensuring the provision of pharmaceutical care for patients at Home Parenteral Services. John started with HPS at the beginning of 2010 as the Director of Pharmacy. His main interest as a pharmacist is metabolic support. John is a graduate of University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Pharmacy.

Larry Stokes, Director of Billing Larry joined HPS in 2010 as Director of Billing. He has over 30 years of medical billing experience in the healthcare field. Larry previously was a financial management consultant and also worked for Mercy St. John’s Hospital for over 27 years.

Angie Douglas, RN, BSN: Nurse Manager Springfield Angie started with Home Parenteral Services in 2000 and has over 19 years of nursing experience. Angie oversees the day to day operations at the the Springfield office as well as coordinates patient care in Springfield and the surrounding area. She serves as the director of employee health and infection prevention at HPS. Angie is a graduate of St. John's School of Nursing.

Kreg Simons, RN: Nurse Manager of Vascular Access Team and CoxHealth Ambulatory Infusion Center Kreg started with Home Parenteral Services in 2002. He has over 16 years of nursing experience. Kreg oversees the Vascular Access Team at HPS as well as managing CoxHealth's Ambulatory Infusion Center. Kreg serves on Home Parenteral Services Infection Prevention Team. He is a graduate of Cox College.

Shelly Metzger, RN: Nurse Manager Joplin Shelly began with HPS in 1999 and has 20 years nursing experience. Shelly manages the day to day operations at the Joplin office and coordinates patient care in Joplin and the surrounding area. Shelly is a graduate of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M Nursing School.
