Q: What if I am not at home to receive my order?
A: For vacation planning, an extended visit to out of town family or when moving, please contact us as soon as you are aware to arrange your next refill. Specialty approval from your insurance may be required.
Q: How do I receive my order if there is an emergency or disaster?
A: When severe weather is in the forecast, we attempt to deliver your order in advance. We will contact you for an alternate address should you need to leave your home during a weather event. For unexpected emergencies or during a natural disaster we have back-up pharmacies available to meet your needs.
Q: Will HPS use generics?
A: Yes, HPS will automatically dispense FDA approved generic medications when the physician and insurance approve. Our goal is to provide you the most cost effective option.
Q: What if I want to transfer my prescription?

Q: What if there is a drug recall?

Q: How do I dispose of unused medicine?
A: Different counties and states have laws on how to properly dispose of unused medicines. Please call us at 1(800)637-9201 and we will give instructions on how to safely dispose of unused medicine.
Q: What if I am experiencing a severe drug reaction?
